  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed once we dispatch your goods.
  • We reserve the right to decline any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, payment issues, or errors in product listings.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for any reason, including but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity or inability to verify payment information.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We strive for accuracy, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout via our accepted payment methods. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received.

  • If you are unsure about a colour or texture, we recommend using our swatch matching service before purchase.

  • Our blankets are crafted with care, but we cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from their use.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.
