Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Solway Blankets. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a very generous 60 day Money Back Guarantee, far exceeding the two week UK consumer rights regulations.

We are extremely confident in the quality and description of our blankets.  However, if something is not quite right we want you to have the reassurance that you do not have to rush to return an item in such a short time frame.

Returning an Unwanted Item

If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing at victoria@solwayblankets.co.uk to initiate the return process. You then have 60 days from the date of delivery to return the item to us.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition with all original packaging intact.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of faulty or damaged goods (see below).
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: We do not refund any upgraded delivery services (e.g., Next Day Delivery, International) unless the item is faulty.

Returning a Damaged or Faulty Item

We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt at victoria@solwayblankets.co.uk with a description and if possible, photographs of the issue.

We will, in accordance with your statutory rights:

  • Offer a replacement or a full refund.
  • Cover the return postage costs if we require the item to be sent back. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Please obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate when returning faulty goods, as we cannot refund return postage costs without this.

Exclusions

Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless there is a fault with the product.
